Refund policy
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of Ayurvedic products, returns are subject to strict conditions.
🔄 1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
⛔ 2. Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Product has been used or opened
- Customer changes mind after purchase
- Product is disliked or not suitable
- Delay in delivery (unless extreme case)
⏳ 3. Return Request Timeline
- Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
- Requests after this period will not be accepted.
📸 4. Proof Requirement
To process your request, you must provide:
- Clear photos or videos of:
- Product
- Packaging
- Shipping label
Without valid proof, returns will not be approved.
🔍 5. Verification Process
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
- Based on verification, we will approve or reject the return.
🔁 6. Replacement Policy
- Approved cases may receive a replacement product at no extra cost.
- Replacement will be shipped after verification.
💸 7. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only in eligible cases.
- Timeline: 5–7 working days after approval
- Refund method:
- Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
- Bank transfer (for COD orders)
📦 8. Return Shipping
- If the issue is from our side (damage/wrong item), we bear shipping cost.
- Otherwise, customer may need to bear return shipping.
⚠️ 9. Important Note
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Ayurvedic consumable products cannot be returned once opened.
