Refund policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of Ayurvedic products, returns are subject to strict conditions.


🔄 1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product delivered

⛔ 2. Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product has been used or opened
  • Customer changes mind after purchase
  • Product is disliked or not suitable
  • Delay in delivery (unless extreme case)

⏳ 3. Return Request Timeline

  • Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
  • Requests after this period will not be accepted.

📸 4. Proof Requirement

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of:
    • Product
    • Packaging
    • Shipping label

Without valid proof, returns will not be approved.


🔍 5. Verification Process

  • Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  • Based on verification, we will approve or reject the return.

🔁 6. Replacement Policy

  • Approved cases may receive a replacement product at no extra cost.
  • Replacement will be shipped after verification.

💸 7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only in eligible cases.
  • Timeline: 5–7 working days after approval
  • Refund method:
    • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
    • Bank transfer (for COD orders)

📦 8. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from our side (damage/wrong item), we bear shipping cost.
  • Otherwise, customer may need to bear return shipping.

⚠️ 9. Important Note

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Ayurvedic consumable products cannot be returned once opened.
